1. Singapore has banned the import and sale of chewing gum for the past 18 years. Is it time to lift the ban?
   1. Definitely. Having casinos here but banning gum makes us a laughing stock
   2. No. The ban doesn’t irk me but people sticking their used gum everywhere do
   3. Perhaps. We trust smokers to stub out at litter bins don't we?
   4. The problem isn't the ban, but our squeaky-clean image.
